Red Door House Corporation

The Red Door House Corporation is a Colorado 501(c)(7) nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing safe and high quality student housing for Sigma Phi Epsilon at Colorado State University and mentoring undergraduate CSU SigEps on chapter operations.  We continually maintain and improve a three story red brick colonial home in Fort Collins and oversee investment strategy to grow the corporation's reserves.

The Red Door House Corporation is led by a Board of Directors / Executive officers.  To serve on the Board of Directors, you must must be an inactive (alumnus) member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity from any chapter.  The Red Door House Corporation has one standing committee, the Alumni & Volunteer Committee, which reports to the Board of Directors.  All members of the Fort Collins, CSU, and SigEp community are eligible and encouraged to serve on the Alumni & Volunteer Committee (AVC) and contribute to SigEp's mission to Build Balanced Men.   Read more about Red Door House Corporation's Alumni & Volunteer Comittee (AVC) that supports CSU SigEp Chapter Operations
